The UCC Students’ Union Constitution, ratified by a student referendum in 2020, serves as the fundamental guiding document for the Union's operations and governance. This constitution outlines the structure, roles, and responsibilities of the Union, ensuring democratic representation and efficient management in serving the interests of the student body. The full text of the Constitution, providing detailed insights into the Union's principles and procedures, is available for students to read, offering transparency and accessibility in understanding how the Union functions and represents their interests.

SU Council is where SU Officers give updates on their achievements since the previous council and where class reps can debate and mandate officers to complete a task through motions.
