Sockets in the Old Part of the Boole Library!

UCCSU have secured the installation of 245 new sockets in the old part of the Boole Library. They will be installed on Q+1,2 and 3 (approx 80 per floor) and require a good bit of work to install. We want your feedback before proceeding so please answer the question below!

 

What you need to know:

  • Each floor takes 3 weeks
  • During this time, parts of each floor will need to be closed, and there will be some more noise in these areas
  • The noisiest work would be completed before 10 am and on Saturdays
  • Books will still be accessible
  • Only one part of one floor will be worked on at a time
  • The reading rooms will be unaffected
